Hello! My name is Spencer Johnson. I recently graduated from Northern Arizona University, and I’m excited to begin my next chapter at ASU West Valley! During my undergraduate studies, I primarily researched health, social, and developmental psychology. For my capstone, I completed a literature review on body doubling and the use of virtual study sessions to help create a dedicated study space within a living environment. Alongside this work, I also livestreamed weekly study sessions with the support of the NAU Honors College. Outside of psychology, I’m a big fan of collecting physical media! I especially love collecting vinyl records and have a whole setup at home that I enjoy listening to from time to time. I’m excited to meet everyone and see where this next chapter takes me!
