I am a developmental psychologist and I research how children and families adapt to major life stressors, like the death of a loved one, cancer, and divorce, and how their adaptation influences mental health outcomes over time. Using empirical research and stakeholder feedback, my goal is to design and disseminate developmentally-informed and evidence-based interventions that are useful, accessible, and sustainable in community settings.
