Jennifer is an incoming PhD student in the Law and Psychology program at ASU. She previously earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and worked as a Research Coordinator in the Law and Psychiatry Program at UMass Chan Medical School, where she developed interests in the intersection of psychology and law. Her research interests include: examining risk and protective factors among youth and families involved in the justice system, improving understanding of how individuals adjust following legal system involvement, and developing evidence-based approaches to support positive outcomes. She was drawn to the YFaCS Lab’s focus on understanding the factors that influence adjustment after contact with court systems and using research to develop interventions that support youth and families.
